Rapt's Price Director Provides Price Optimization Solution For iVillage

San Francisco — September 26, 2005 —Rapt Inc., the leading provider of pricing and profitability management solutions, today announced that iVillage Inc. will deploy Rapt's industry-leading price optimization technology, Price Director, for pricing advertising across the iVillage Network.

Rapt was engaged to help iVillage more effectively monetize its entire online advertising portfolio. In addition to technology deployment, iVIllage will take steps to enhance their pricing organization and processes based on Rapt's pricing best practices expertise and deep media experience.
